Oyo State Government Women of Substance has congratulated Oyo State Governor, Engr Seyi
as he marks his first year anniversary as the Governor of Oyo State.
The association stated this in a press release through their coordinator Hon Helen Taiwo Adebakin, made available to newsmen in Ibadan reads:
