Party Secretariat: Ibadan North PDP Now Formidable Force For Future Elections – Hon Demola Omotoso
The Chairman Oyo State Housing Corporation, Hon. Demola Omotoso, had emphasised the growing strength of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Ibadan North during the commissioning of a new party secretariat at Yemetu on Thursday.
He stated that the establishment of this new secretariat marks a significant step towards consolidating the party’s presence and influence in the area, enhancing its preparedness for future electoral battles.
The party’s office was officially commissioned by the State Secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party, Alhaji Wasiu Adeleke.
Speaking with newsmen, Hon. Omotoso praised the collaborative efforts of local party leaders, specifically acknowledging the contributions of the council chairman, Hon Seun Olufade.
He highlighted their commitment to fostering unity within the party, which he believes is essential for achieving electoral success.
“The unity we have cultivated within the PDP ranks in Ibadan North is unparalleled. This new secretariat will serve as a hub for our activities, enabling us to better engage with the community and mobilize support for our candidates,” Omotoso stated.
He urged party members to remain focused and work tirelessly towards the upcoming elections, asserting that a united front is crucial for overcoming challenges and winning seats.
The event was attended by various party stakeholders, including local leaders and supporters, who expressed optimism about the PDP’s prospects in the forthcoming elections.
