The peoples democratic party’s chairmanship candidate in Lagelu local government area, Honorable Mudashiru Kamorudeen has congratulated Nigerians on the nation’s 63rd national independence, urging citizens to honor and celebrate the best of what it means to be a Nigerian.
Mr. Kamorudeen gave the charge in a provided statement to press on Sunday, October 1st.
“Happy Independence Day to my fellow Nigerians, leaders, workers, entrepreneurs, residents, and families who work tirelessly to serve their communities”.
“Today, especially, let us honor and celebrate the best of what it means to be a Nigerian”, he said.
Further in his statement, he advised Nigerians to not give up on the commonwealth in the face of life’s difficulties of the moment, encouraging them to continue being hopeful, and devoted to the nation.
“As Nigerians, we should be committed to the commonwealth that binds and unites us together as people…. And we can only continue to be devoted to that which connects us together” he said.
