PDP Chieftain and Special Adviser to the governor of Oyo State, Federal Constituency Matters, Hon. Dare Adeleke, has welcomed Hon. Shina Peller to the PDP, saying that Peller is a tested and trusted politician.
Adeleke who issued a statement from his Ibadan base, described the PDP as the party of the people which is ever ready to accept politicians of Like minds to it’s family.
“The people of Nigeria have seen how the APC seized power by force and has proceeded to cause hunger and anguish in the land.
“It is so sad and disheartening to see what Nigerians are going through. It is therefore not surprising that men of goodwill, such as Sina Peller, are decamping from the APC and joining PDP, the only party that recorded growth and prosperity when we were in power”. He said
According to the former head honcho of the Oyo Pacesetters Transport Company, “Peller is not new to us in the PDP fold. He supported the party during the last election and has been identifying with our humane ideologies and policies.
“We welcome him to the PDP and he is assured of our staunch support through his political journey, henceforth.”
“On behalf of our indefatigable leader, Egnr. Seyi Makinde, I assure Hon. Peller that the future for him is bright and secure in the PDP.” Adeleke noted.
