The Oyo State Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Barrister Seun Ashamu has urged Nigerians who intend to further their studies in abroad to consider choosing courses that will be helpful and proffer solutions to the various challenges confronting Nigeria after the completion of their study programmes.
The Hon Commissioner who is undoubtedly one of the brightest talent in Governor Seyi Makinde’s administration gave the admonition at the International Education Conference held at the International Conference Centre, University of Ibadan.
He said:
“I was pleased to attend the International Education Conference, ISAF with the theme ‘Accessing Education Beyond Borders; Embracing Global Opportunities.’
“During my contributions as a panellist I encouraged those seeking to further their education to strongly consider studying courses that will solve the challenges our society has, proffer solutions and return home to enable Nigeria achieve its potential.”
