The Executive Chairman of Oyo State Universal Basic Education Board Dr. Nureni Aderemi Adeniran today, addressed the people who gathered for the technical bid opening at the Board Headquarters in Ibadan for the only model school in FGN-UBEC/SUBEB intervention project for 2019.
The technical bid opening which is the pre qualification process for the prospective bidders is for the only model school under the 2019 FGN-UBEC/SUBEB intervention project. The school is Command Junior Secondary School, Abataogun in Saki West LGUBEA
The Executive Chairman assured the contractors of fairness, transparency and accountability in the eventual selection process while appreciating the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde for his commitment to quality basic education in the state and releasing the counterpart fund amounting to over a billion naira.
The contractors present while responding appreciated the Executive Chairman and the entire board for being transparent and sincere with the process. They sought for clarifications on the details of the technical bidding and the Chairman clearly clarified the issue to the understanding of everyone present

The Oyo SUBEB Director of Planning, Research, and Statistics, Mrs Abosede Owoeye as well as other directors and staffs from Oyo Subeb and representatives of the prospective bidders also were present at the opening of the technical bid.
