RAMADAN:JIDE FALADE URGES MUSLIMS TO PRAY AGAINST COVID-19 PANDEMIC

As Muslims all over the world commenced the Holy Month of Ramadan, a lover of people and friend of the masses, Jide Falade has urged Muslim faithful to remember the country and Oyo State in their daily prayers, especially, during this Holy Month of Ramadan.

Jide Falade who hails from Alakia in Egbeda Local Government Area of Oyo state, said this year’s Ramadan period commenced at a time the whole world is battling with the containment of the spread of corona virus disease which has crippled¬† social and commercial activities globally.

According to him, it is a collective responsibility of all to curtail the spread of the virus by adhering strictly to social distancing and good personal hygiene to curtail and control the Novel Covid-19 pandemic.

” Ramadan 2020 is a period of sobber reflection,piety and fervent prayers to Allah to put an end the spread of Corona virus disease in Nigeria” He Said.

Olajide Falade who is the founder of Jide Falade foundation, a Non Governmental and Non Profit Organization established to cater for the less privileged in Egbeda Local Government and its environs also promised not to relent in his efforts to cushion the economic effect of Covid-19 pandemic at this difficult time.
