The Executive Chairman of Egbeda Local Government and Chairman of all Council Chairmen, Hon. Sanda Sikiru Oyedele, has extended warm appreciation and commendation to the Governor of Oyo State and the National Working Committee (NWC) of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) over the successful commissioning of the Oyo State PDP Party House Secretariat.
Hon. Sanda described the commissioning as a symbolic and practical affirmation of purposeful leadership, honesty of intention, and unwavering commitment to party growth, noting that the edifice represents more than a physical structure but a renewed strength and direction for the PDP in Oyo State.
He commended the Governor of Oyo State for his transparent, people-centred, and principled leadership, stressing that the sincerity behind the project reflects a leader who believes deeply in strong institutions, internal democracy, and sustainable party development.
According to him, the newly commissioned party house stands as a rallying point for unity, coordination, and progressive politics, adding that it will further strengthen party administration, mobilization, and engagement across all levels.
Hon. Sanda also praised the National Working Committee of the PDP for its support, encouragement, and commitment to rebuilding and repositioning the party, noting that such collaboration between party leadership and elected officials is essential for enduring political stability and success.
“The commissioning of this party secretariat is not just an achievement; it is a morale booster and a source of renewed confidence for party leaders, stakeholders, and faithful members. It reinforces what the PDP stands for — structure, discipline, unity, and service to the people,” he stated.
He assured party members and the general public that the PDP in Oyo State remains focused, united, and undistracted, emphasizing that the party will not be swayed by needless controversies or distractions but will remain committed to good governance and the welfare of the people.
Hon. Sanda reaffirmed that the PDP continues to grow stronger, anchored on credible leadership, honesty of purpose, and collective resolve, expressing confidence that the party will remain a dominant and progressive force in Oyo State and beyond.
