A former first Female Speaker in Oyo State, Senator Monsurat Sunmonu, has celebrated the Director-General of the Liaison Office in Abuja and Lagos, Hon. Ezekiel Temitope Oladimeji, affectionately known as OTOPE, on his birthday.
