The Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government, Hon. Seun Olufade, has extolled the virtues of the First Lady of Oyo State, Engineer Mrs. Tamunominini Olufunke Makinde, describing her as a mother to him, Oyo State, and a devoted wife to his, leader, and mentor, Governor Seyi Makinde.
