The Chairman of the Oyo State Pilgrimage Board (Muslim Wing), Sheik Atere, has extended heartfelt felicitations to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde, on the occasion of his birthday, lauding him as a beacon of exemplary leadership and a source of inspiration for all.
