The Chairman Oyo State Pilgrim Welfare Board Muslim Wing, Sheik Atere has extended warm felicitation to the Aare Musulumi of Yorubaland,Edo and Delta States, Alhaji Daud Akinola Makanjuola on the auspicious occasion of his birthday anniversary celebration.
Sheik Atere in his congratulatory message to Alhaji Makanjuola popularly known as De-Damak commended him for his exemplary leadership and unparalleled dedication to the development and welfare of Muslims in the Southwest, Edo and Delta States.
He equally extolled his efforts in deepening unity, promoting educational initiatives, and enhancing the socio-economic status of Muslims in the region.
“Alhaji Makanjuola’s contributions have been enduring in advancing the cause of Islam and ensuring that the Muslim Ummah needs are met with diligence and compassion.
“His leadership has been a shining light with brighter hope for the future as well as a model for other islamic leaders to emulate.”
Sheik Atere expressed optimism that such cooperation would further strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and facilitate greater achievements for the Muslim ummah in Southwest region and Nigeria.
While praying Allah to bless Alhaji Makanjuola with long life and good health, Atere assured that the Muslim Ummah in all the states will continue to draw from the wealth of experience of the Islamic leader in both religious governance and socio-economic well-being of adherents.
