Southwest PDP Women Frontier Demands Severe Punishment for Rapists,Drug Peddlers in Oyo

Substance abuse and the illicit trafficking of drugs is an evil in our society and disorientation among a majority of the youth. Drug trafficking is an industry working generally on a vicious cycle of manufactured demand and then supply. In view of the growing menace and the deterioration of the quality of life the General Assembly at the United Nations, in December 1987 designated 26th June to be celebrated with effect as the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking.

The southwest PDP women frontier is calling on the government of Oyo state and its legislative to look into illicit use of drugs as the major cause of rape and murder that as been on the increase and strict punishment should to accorded to anyone found selling drugs to our youth as its destroy there senses of reasoning.

    Yes the fact remains, its a total unacceptable to drug abuse in this nation most especially the youth should try to abide by the rules of law!

    We will keep talking without any pause……….. SAY NO TO RAPE!
