While congratulating Enugu State, the monarch advised the organizers to make judicious use of the talents discovered during the tournament and keep them on even after their encounter with their Ghanaian counterpart that is slated for Accra in Ghana and facilitate them in the under 17 championship.

Oba Fadairo further advised the players, coaches, coordinators and Directors of various sports to avoid age cheats that may affect the player’s Carrier in the future. He cited the example of the players that played with Messi at their early football Carrier are no more relevant in the field while Messi is still performing in his chosen career (football).

Oba Olasole who was appointed as Executive Secretary of Oyo SUBEB by Governor Seyi before his retirement charged individuals, communities, local, state governments and Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to imbibe sports developmental projects as a matter of duty.”
