#5 Dennis Bergkamp (94 assists)

At #5 is former Arsenal player Dennis Bergkamp, who formed a great understanding with French striker Thierry Henry.

Bergkamp helped the Gunners to three league titles, and was a part of The Invincibles team in 2004.

The Dutchman, who could play in numerous roles in attack, had great vision, flair, and technical ability to pick out teammates in attack. He ended his career with 94 Premier League assists for the Gunners in the Premier League.

#4 Frank Lampard (102 assists)

Chelsea icon and current manager Frank Lampard is #4 on this list with 102 assists. The Blues legend won three Premier League titles as a player with Chelsea in his 13-year career with them.

He also played for Manchester City for one season after his spell at MLS club New York City FC.

Lampard is Chelsea’s all-time top scorer with 211 goals. He has 10 more assists than Liverpool legend Steven Gerrard in the league, who is a player he has often been compared with.

#3 Wayne Rooney (103 assists)

Wayne Rooney has broken numerous records at Manchester United, including the all-time goalscoring record at 253 goals. He’s also third on the list of all-time assists in the league with 103 assists.

The former Red Devils captain is also second in the all-time goalscoring record in the Premier League with 208 goals, and his 103 assists show that he was incredible at setting up goals as well; one of the most complete modern-day forwards.

#2 Cesc Fabregas (111 assists)

Cesc Fabregas is one of the best playmakers fans have seen in the league, and made his team tick with his exquisite passing, notably for both Arsenal and Chelsea.

The Spaniard has the second-most assists in Premier League history with 111 assists.

He helped Chelsea to two league titles, racking up a combined tally of 30 assists in the two title-winning seasons.

#1 Ryan Giggs (162 assists)

The leading assist-maker in the Premier League of all time – and by some margin – is Manchester United legend, Ryan Giggs.

The Welshman ended his Manchester United career with 162 assists, winning 13 league titles with the club in the process.

Giggs, in fact, made his debut even before the Premier League was established, playing 53 times in the old First Division. He made a total of 632 league appearances, scoring 109 goals in the top flight.
