Former deputy governor of Oyo State, Chief Moses Alake Adeyemo, has emerged as the new chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
Adeyemo who was the deputy governor from 2011-2019 was unanimously adopted as the consensus candidate at the party’s state congress held on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at the Liberty Stadium, Ibadan.
A former lawmaker on the platform of Accord from Ibadan Southeast constituency 1, Fatai Adesina was adopted as the consensus candidate.
