…Promises to Sustain Legacy of Predecessor

The newly appointed Chairman of Oyo State Housing Corporation, Hon. Ademola Omotosho, has committed to continuing and enhancing the state’s housing development initiatives established by his predecessor.

Speaking in his office, Hon. Omotosho expressed his gratitude to Governor Seyi Makinde for entrusting him with this vital role.

He emphasized his dedication to building on the achievements of his predecessor, now the Deputy Governor, who revitalized the corporation. He stated, “My immediate predecessor, now the Deputy Governor, has brought life to this corporation. I will seek advice where needed to guide our dealings as we further push for greater heights and continue upholding and sustaining the sustainable development plan of our leader, His Excellency Engr. Seyi Makinde.”

Hon. Omotosho highlighted several key areas of focus for his tenure. These include expanding affordable housing projects, implementing green building practices, and ensuring the timely completion of ongoing projects. He assured the public that transparency and accountability would be the hallmarks of his administration.

“We are committed to developing sustainable housing solutions that meet the needs of our growing population,” Hon. Omotosho said. “Our goal is to create communities that are not only livable but also environmentally friendly. We will work tirelessly to provide affordable housing options for all residents of Oyo State.”

He also pledged to foster strong partnerships with private sector stakeholders and international organizations to attract investment and innovation in the housing sector. “Collaboration is key to our success. We will engage with various partners to bring in new technologies and funding to support our housing projects,” he noted.

Hon. Omotosho concluded his address by reaffirming his commitment to the people of Oyo State and the government. “I am honored to serve in this capacity and I assure you that I will uphold the highest standards of integrity and dedication. Together, we will build a brighter future for Oyo State. I thank Governor Seyi Makinde for this opportunity and I promise to make the most of it for the benefit of our state and its residents.”

Board members of the Oyo State Housing Corporation, Hon Olakunle Akinsete, representing Oyo South, Barrister Mojisola Adeyemi representing Oyo Central and Hon Lizzie Adeboyin, representing Oyo North, all pledged their support for the Executive Chairman of the Corporation in his resolve to replicate his outstanding feats recorded in the area of infrastructure when he was the Executive Chairman of Ibadan North Local Government.
