Member representing Ibarapa Central and Ibarapa North Federal Constituency, Hon. (Dr.) Anthony Adebayo Adepoju, has extended his well wishes to Amb. Taofeek Oladejo Arapaja on the occasion of his 66th birthday.
Amb. Arapaja is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) National Deputy Chairman South and former Deputy Governor of Oyo State between 2007 and 2011.
In his congratulatory text on Sunday, November 10, 2024, Hon. Adepoju described the Ibadan-born political veteran as a quintessential leader who embodies every quality of public ethos born out of the desire to serve and improve the lives of others.
Ibarapakan acknowledged Arapaja’s political resume, describing it as intimidating even among many Nigerian statesmen who are his contemporaries.
“Amb. Arapaja’s political journey since the 1990s is characterized by thorough principles, doggedness, firm conviction and unblemished records. As a national figure, I am impressed by his approachable way of life, which has distinguished him as a leader of influence,” Hon. Adepoju said.
The federal lawmaker also lauded the sexagenarian’s noble efforts in stabilizing the PDP both at the state and national levels, saying his wealth of wisdom has resulted in many victories and successes for the political party.
The Deputy Chairman of the House Committee on Federal Character wished the celebrant all the good things that life has to offer, including wisdom, knowledge, understanding, strength and longevity to take the PDP to greater heights.
