    The President/CEO of MFP Global Services, Leader of MFP Group and a Board Member of Oyo State Anti-Corruption Agency (OYACA) has advised the students of Omololu Olunloyo Polytechnic, Ibadan to maintain positive records when in school as their today may define tomorrow

    According to him, the students should develop good character, integrity, probity and accountability when in school as the virtues may define their future. In his words, “students should inculcate and demonstrate the virtues of good character, integrity, probity and accountability when in school such that it will count well for them when opportunities arises in future”

    Dr Oyebade opined that some people misses opportunities in life because they had negative past hunting them from school. That is why students should be intentional to maintain clean and positive records in their dealings to ensure that nothing hinders them in future. According to the finance expert, “before people are considered for great opportunities in life, there is always the need to trace their background to confirm their pedigree, the outcome of which determines whether the opportunities will be derived or lost”.


    The Pioneer Chairman of Lagelu & District Society of ICAN, Chief (Mrs) Omokemi Oladipo, FCA had earlier counselled the students to be able to multitask as this will put them in good stead in future.

    The Guest Speaker at the event, Mr Ayodeji Adelabu, FCA delivered a thought provoking lecture titled, from Classroom to Boardroom: How to Start and Scale a Business. The lecture was well received by the students and other people who attended the program.

    The program witnessed great speeches by Pa A. A. Elujoba, FCA, Professor Olayinka Adenikinju, FCA, Deacon Lucas Omosebi, FCA and the Head of Department of the Accountancy Department of the Institution, Dr (Mrs) J.A. Adepoju.

    The program was part of the International Accounting Day 2025 events organized for the students and staff of Omololu Olunloyo Polytechnic, Ibadan by Lagelu & District Society of ICAN held this Thursday. The event was anchored by Mr Alex Akinsola Ayinla, ACA.

    Other distinguished members of Lagelu & District Society of ICAN present at the program were: Mr. Eyitayo Sulaiman, FCA, Mrs. Okuneye Adeola, FCA, Mr Ogundele Moses, FCA, Mr. Emmanuel Oni, ACA and Mr. Osuntubo Damilola, ACA.
