The Bada Olubadan of Ibadanland, Barrister Olumuyiwa Makinde has congratulated the Deputy Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Barrister Bayo Lawal on the occasion of his birthday.
Barrister Olumuyiwa Makinde who is the elder brother of Oyo State Governor, Engineer Seyi Makinde described the Deputy Governor as a blessing to Oyo State.
