A leader of the People’s Democratic Party PDP, Chief Saka Balogun has described Chief Sunday Ogunlade as a committed Oyo State and Nigerian patriot.
Chief Saka Balogun, a former Chief of Staff to late former Governor Adebayo Alao Akala who congratulated Pa Ogunlade on his 82nd birthday anniversary said all the words of adulation being expressed to celebrate the elder statesman hardly capture the essence of his purposeful sincerity and patriotic commitment over the years.
He described the elder statesman’s 82 years on earth as one characterised by impeccable sincerity of purpose and remarkable patriotism.
He prayed for long life and prosperity for the Oyo-born elder statesman.
