YVAN Commends Gov. Makinde’s Leadership, Vision, Visits OTOPE

 

The National Executive Council of the Young Visioneers’ Association of Nigeria (YVAN), has paid a courtesy visit to the Director-General of the Oyo State Liaison Office, Hon Temitope Oladimeji OTOPE, in his Abuja office to express their admiration for Governor Seyi Makinde’s activities in Oyo State and to explore opportunities for collaboration.

During the visit, YVAN representatives, led by comrade Hassan Suleiman praised Gov. Seyi Makinde’s inspiring leadership and vision, emphasizing their excitement to work together towards a brighter future for Oyo State. They expressed their eagerness to collaborate with the Oyo State Government in contributing to the development and progress of the state and its people.

YVAN used the opportunity to advocate for Governor Makinde’s continued support of youth involvement in governance, both at the state and national levels.

They highlighted the importance of youth representation in leadership roles and pleaded for the governor’s commitment to create more opportunities for young people in the state.

Responding, The Director-General of the Oyo State Liaison Office, OTOPE, welcomed the delegation and appreciated the association’s recognition of the governor’s achievements.

He also acknowledged the significant role of youths in nation-building and assured them of the government’s continued support in creating platforms for youth engagement and empowerment.

“I am grateful for the recognition of Governor Seyi Makinde’s efforts in leading Oyo State towards progress and development. Our administration is committed to fostering a better future for our people, and we appreciate the support of organizations like YVAN in achieving our goals.”

“We believe that the involvement of young people in governance is crucial for the growth and prosperity of our nation. By providing opportunities for the youth to participate in leadership roles, we are investing in the future of Oyo State and Nigeria as a whole,” he said.
