The Executive Chairman of Akinyele Local Government, Hon. Akinwole Akinleye, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde, and his wife, Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde, on the conferment of the prestigious chieftaincy titles of Aare Soludero and Yeye Aare Soludero by the Ibarapa Traditional Council in Eruwa.
In a Message Made available to the public through his Chief Media Aide, Ogundipe Miracle, Hon. Akinwole described the honour as a fitting recognition of the governor’s remarkable contributions to the growth, development and unity of Oyo State, noting that the conferment further reflects the deep appreciation of the people and traditional institutions for the administration’s impactful leadership.
He equally commended the First Lady, Mrs. Tamunominini Makinde, for her dedication to humanitarian initiatives, women empowerment and programmes aimed at improving the wellbeing of vulnerable members of society.
On behalf of the executive, legislative arm, management, staff and the entire people of Akinyele Local Government, the council boss rejoiced with the governor and his wife, describing the titles as symbols of honour, service and the confidence reposed in their leadership.
He prayed to God to continue to grant Governor Makinde and his wife sound health, wisdom, strength and renewed grace to serve the people and contribute further to the advancement of Oyo State.
