The lawmaker representing Ibadan Southeast Constituency 1 in the Oyo State House of Assembly, Hon Modiu Akande, popularly known as Alabmusa, has congratulated H.E. Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja on his appointment as the Chairman of the newly inaugurated Board of Governors of the People’s Democratic Institute (PDI) in Abuja.
The lawmaker equally lauded Governor Seyi Makinde for trusting in Arapaja’s capacity to lead the PDI.
In his congratulatory message, Hon Akande praised Ambassador Arapaja for his exemplary leadership and commitment to the ideals of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP). He noted that the PDI serves as a vital platform for promoting democratic principles and fostering progressive ideas.
