The former deputy governor of Oyo state and Ambassador to Jordan and Iraq, His Excellency Taofeek oladejo Arapaja congratulates the good people of the state for witnessing the end of the year 2020 and the beginning of a New productive year 2021.
Despite the challenges in 2020, we are grateful we could overcome and make it to the new year.
He urges all to embrace love and peaceful coexistence.
The ambassador also implore dear citizens to keep staying safe and follow the procedure and protocol of covid19 as laiddown by NCDC in the fight against the deadly disease.
Though this time is a time we should celebrate but we should do so in moderation and continue to pray for the State, the nation and the world at Large.
He urges the people of our dear state to keep supporting Engr. Seyi Makinde in his quest to take Oyo state further to a greater heights.
He also use this medium to greet the royal father’s in the State, His Imperial Majesty Olubadan of Ibadan land Oba Saliu Adetunji Aje Oguguniso1, The Alafin of Oyo Oba Lamidi Olayiwola Adeyemi 111 for their fatherly and royal support in the development of the state. May you all reign long to witness a greater Oyo state.
As we are readying to welcome a New Year, let’s be optimistic the year 2021 will be one with great opportunities and possibilities. Let us work harder and strive for the better Oyo state.
