In recognition of his outstanding performance through provision of various people-oriented projects and programmes, the caretaker chairman, Omi-Apata Local Council Development Area , Hon Sheriff Adeojo has been awarded the gold award of excellent performance by an NGO Life Value Awareness Leadership Secure Initiative.
While delivering his address during the presentation of the award, the president of the NGO Ambassador Oladipo Musbau said ” Life Value Awareness Leadership Secure Initiative has been watching the activities of the chairman diligently since his assumption of office and observed that he has been discharging his leadership qualities in giving dividends of democracy to the people of Omi-Apata LCDA”.
The council chairman was also appointed and decorated as an ambassador of the NGO.
The management team of Omi-Apata LCDA in their goodwill messages also testified to the contrributions that Hon Sheriff Adeojo has made to make life more bearable for the people of the council area.
In his response, the awardee, Hon Sheriff Adeojo appreciated the organiser of the award for the honour. He therefore promised to continue to make positive impact on the lives of people of Omi-Apata LCDA.
