The Executive Chairman of Ido Local Government Area of Oyo State, Hon. Sheriff Aderemi Adeojo on Wednesday flagged-off the rehabilitation of Oloro Road along Ido town road.
Speaking with Goalpoacher News shortly after the flag-off, Hon Sheriff the rehabilitation of the road is in line with the Sustainable Development Agenda of Governor Seyi Makinde.
He noted that when completed, the road will ease the movement of farm produce to major markets in the council and other parts of the State.
The Council boss assured the people of Ido Local Government that he remains committed providing succor to residents at the grassroot.
In their words, community leaders lauded Hon Sheriff Adeojo for the bold steps taken to fix the dilapidated road.
They however assured him of their maximum support in next year’s local government elections and promised to vote for and ensure returns to consolidate on his first term achievements.
